Selecting the documents required for a site

A key feature of the library is the ability to define which documents you require for machines/contractors at your sites. You may need specific insurance certificates of currency such as public liability or machine specific documents such as Safe Operating Procedures. You define which of the library document types you require via the sites edit screen for each site.

To select documents required for a site - 

1. Click SITES (top menu)

2. Click EDIT

3. Click the tick for each document type that you require for the site (once the tick is selected it will appear green - this document type is now mandatory for this site. Repeat for all required documents)
 
4. When completed click SAVE
