The grey library button appears on every machine. Clicking on the button will take you directly to the library page of the machine screen.
The colour of the icon inside the library button indicates the status -
= site assigned, some required docs not available
= site assigned, all docs available, 1 or more expired
= site assigned and all required docs available
= no site assigned, click to view/manage docs
