MACHINE: Documents added to this entity apply only to the machine they are added to. Document types include maintenance records, build up specs etc
MEMBER: Documents added to this entity apply to all machines in your membership. They can also apply to your sites and users. Document types include insurance certificates, policies, company accreditations etc
SITE: Documents added to this entity apply to all sites selected. Documents assigned to a site will also apply to all machines assigned to that site. Document types include traffic management plans, site risk assessment etc
MACHINE TYPES: Document added to this entity apply to all machines in the machine type selected. Eg. All graders, excavators etc. Document types include SWMS.
PEOPLE: Documents added to this entity apply to all users selected. Document types include licenses, accreditations, competency records etc
