You can supply a machine to your own site, a public site or the site of a Connection. It can be your own machine, or a machine that has been supplied to you. A machine can only be supplied to one site at a time. When a machine is on a site, it must be removed before it can be supplied to another site. For a machine that is supplied to your site or supplied to your pre-qual, you cannot then supply to a Connection, only to your own sites.

To Supply a Machine to Site, you need to open the Supply Modal.
Method 1: Select the machine checkbox and click grey Supply Machines button
Method 2: Select the machine 3 dot menu and click Supply Machines
Method 3: Open the Machine Details modal (Edit Machine) and click the blue Supply to Site button
In the Supply Machines modal:
Select Supply to site and / or site pre-qual -
If supplying to a Connection, select from the Refine by Connection list -
Select a Site -
Select a Contact (this contact will have auto generated emails sent to them)
Click SAVE and the Machine will be supplied to the selected Site
The My Machines page will now show that the Machine is on a Site -
OTHER TIPS:
When supplying to a pre-qual enabled Site select Supply to Site: the Supply
to Site Pre-qual will be auto selected -
If the machine is already supplied to Site, then the Site field will be populated -
You can select to supply to a different site pre-qual, using the Supply to site pre-qual checkbox -
